As I was driving home last night I heard a song on the radio that reminded me of the anniversary that is today. September 11, 2001 is a day that will not be forgotten. Thank you to all the men and women who protect us everyday. Military, firefighters, police... all putting their lives on the line for us. What a gift.

Girl....I was sitting on my sofa holding my 5 day old baby boy as the towers fell.
You should have seen me trying to truly teach my children about 9/11 the other day. What a mess I was. Don't know that I will ever remember it w/o MANY tears.
