Megan asked and I got curious so here it is!

(Just like at O'Charley's)

2 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk (you can use the low-fat kind too)
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
mini chocolate chips and nuts (optional)

In a large pot, place the cans of sweetened condensed milk with the label taken off, in the pot and cover with water. Cook on high until water comes to a boil, then turn on medium/high for 2 hours, adding water to keep the can covered (you must keep it completely submerged in water for the consistency to be perfect).
Carefully open can and pour into pie shell. Cool pie in refrigerator. When completely cooled, top with frozen whipped topping and nuts and chips. Serve.
